Anxious nights

Replace “I must sleep” with one small activity.

This guide offers a bounded touch-and-sound routine for people who want a quieter transition. It does not treat anxiety or insomnia.

00–02 min

Begin gently

Choose a comfortable volume. Tap or glide without trying to create a song.

02–08 min

Repeat if useful

Stay with one scene and a small pattern. Change it if repetition becomes frustrating.

08–10 min

Touch less

Reduce interaction, then let the 30-second fade finish—or stop sooner.

Evidence boundary

Relaxation is not the same as insomnia treatment.

The U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health says relaxation techniques can be part of healthy sleep habits, while evidence for relaxation alone is limited.

For chronic insomnia, its overview identifies multicomponent cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia as the most strongly recommended treatment.

Give restless hands something gentle to do.

Play freely for ten minutes. SomniTine closes the session with a soft 30-second fade—no streaks, scores, or account.
