Purpose of the App
SomniTine is a wellness product that provides an interactive touch instrument, adjustable sound layers, timed sessions, and haptic feedback for personal wind-down use.
Medical Disclaimer
SomniTine is a wellness tool and not a medical treatment.
Safe Use
- Do not use while driving or operating machinery.
- Reduce volume if audio causes discomfort.
- Disable haptics if tactile feedback is uncomfortable.
- Stop use if adverse effects occur.
Purchases
- Free includes unlimited use of the core 10-minute instrument sessions.
- SomniTine Pro is an optional one-time, non-consumable Lifetime Pro purchase.
- Pro unlocks the Nocturne Drift and Quiet Orbit scenes.
- There is no SomniTine subscription.
- Purchases, restoration, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies.
Privacy
SomniTine is local-first. Preferences and operational app records remain on-device. The app has no account system, remote analytics, or ad tracking. Apple processes the optional Pro purchase.
Intellectual Property
App code, audio compositions, branding, and other creative assets remain property of Borealbit Technology Limited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borealbit Technology Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the app.
